When a visitor arrives on memorly.ai from a creator's link, and only after they accept the consent notice, we measure how long they actively engage with the page and whether they interact (scroll, click, type). This is used solely to credit the referring creator.

We store a one-way hash of the visitor's IP address and browser, never the raw IP. Microsoft Clarity may also record anonymised session behaviour on memorly.ai, tagged with the creator's referral code.

Creators' PAN and payout details are stored for payment and tax records and are visible only to administrators.
